Many businesses have paid for SEO before and could not tell what they got for it: a monthly invoice, a report full of charts, and no clear list of what was actually changed on the site. We work the other way round. Before we start, you get a written plan of what we will fix and build, in what order. Each month you see what was done, what changed in your search data, and what comes next.
We are an SEO team based in Karachi, Pakistan, working for businesses in the US, UK and Canada. Our starting price is on this page. We will not promise you a ranking or a date, because nobody can control Google's results. What we commit to is the work, the schedule and honest reporting.
We check how search engines crawl and index your site and fix what gets in the way: pages left out of the index, broken links and redirect chains, duplicate pages, missing or wrong canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots rules, mobile usability, page speed and Core Web Vitals, and structured data. We work from your Google Search Console data, so you need to give us access (it stays your account).
We research the words your buyers actually search for and map them to pages, so each page has one clear job and two pages do not compete for the same search. Then we improve what is already there (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, thin or outdated copy) and plan new pages or articles where there is a real gap. Content is written for your buyers first, then checked against Google's guidance on helpful, people-first content. Nothing is published without your approval.
If you serve customers in a specific area, much of your search traffic comes from the map results and your Google Business Profile, not only from your website. We:
Online stores have SEO problems that ordinary sites do not: thousands of product and collection pages, filters that create endless duplicate URLs, out-of-stock products, and product structured data for prices and availability. We handle these for Shopify stores.
When you redesign your site, change your URLs or move to a new platform, we map every old URL to its new one, set up the redirects, and check after launch that search engines have picked up the change.
Each report says, in plain language, what we did that month, what changed in your Search Console and analytics data (impressions, clicks, the searches you appear for), what we think caused it, and the plan for next month. If something did not work, the report says so.
Give us your website address, the area or countries you serve, and what you want from search.
We talk through your business, your competitors, what you have tried before and what you expect. We look at your site before the call, so the conversation is about your site, not SEO in general.
We both sign a mutual NDA before you share Search Console, analytics or sales data.
You get the scope, the monthly price and a written plan.
You approve the plan, and you approve content and major site changes before they go live. We work collaboratively and revise until each deliverable is approved by you, within the agreed project scope.
If something urgent happens between reports, such as pages dropping out of the index or a site update breaking something, you get a first response within 24 hours.

What sets the price: the size of your site, how much technical work it needs, how much content is in scope each month, the number of locations or Google Business Profiles, and how competitive your market is.
Two shifts from Karachi cover the full business day in the UK and on the US and Canadian East Coast, plus mornings to early afternoon on the West Coast. Salaries and office costs are lower there than in a US, UK or Canadian city, so a monthly SEO retainer costs less than at a comparable local agency. The standard of the work does not change. We also look for ways to optimize cost for each client.
Send us your website. In a free 30-minute consultation we will talk through what is holding your search traffic back, then send a written plan with milestones and a monthly price.
